When your offer has not been filled, you can cancel it with 0.5% fee in your PORTFOLIO > OPEN ORDERS section
When price of the points is fluctuating, you can reprice your unfilled offer with a 0.5% fee in PORTFOLIO > OPEN ORDERS section
By repricing, your collateral amount would not changed. So you can adjust the price, and the new amount of points will be automatically adjusted, net of the repricing fee
